With a keen eye for luxury real estate, she has both built and renovated high-end homes in the area, including one that set a record for the highest price per square foot in Ladue at the time of sale. Kim’s expertise extends beyond real estate, as she is also a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach and the founder of Pilates4Pros, a program dedicated to optimizing the mind-body performance of professional athletes.

With almost 25 years of experience working in sports and being married to a professional athlete, Kim is attuned of the unique demands of high profile, discerning clients - often relocating at a moments notice. She combines this personal insight with a genuine appreciation for her clients' distinct needs, ensuring a seamless experience that drives success at every stage of the transaction. Outside of her professional life, Kim enjoys time with her family, including her daughter at her alma mater (Go Canes!), her son in high school, and their two rescue dogs. She is married to World Series Champion, Matt Adams and their "home base" is in Clayton.
